RINSE UNIT

The bottles to be filled are cleaned in the shaking part before the filling part. Water, hot water, sterile air, nitrogen etc. products are sprayed into the bottle as a cleaning product. The rotary type agitating part works synchronously with the filling part on the monoblock body. Movable and fixed spray nozzles are made according to the customer’s request.

FILLING UNIT

Bottles are transferred from the Shaking section to the filling unit. The transfer process is carried out by moving from the bottom of the bottle in glass bottles and from the neck in pet bottles. Our ERCIYES-NP models should carry around the neck. According to the product to be filled, the filling valves work. Filling valves are the heart of the filling machine. They are produced by ARDOLET. Max. hygiene and usage safety are taken. The filling chamber is made of AISI 304 material, and the inner parts are polished after being processed on a lathe.

CLOSING UNIT

Different types of capping units are produced in our ERCIYES model monoblock filling machine. (Plastic screw caps, metal caps, twist-off caps etc). According to the customer’s request, more than one closing unit can be placed on the monoblock body. CAPPING UNIT: On the “ERCIYES”monoblock be can install the capping turrets of any type and model; it can be also equipped with several turrets, for any different clouses needs. The turrets can be equipped, upon request, with release devices in order to avoid their rotation when they are not used.

CONTROL PANEL

It is completely made of AISI 304 stainless material. The electrical system is completely placed inside the panel and all functions of the machine are managed from here. The movements of the machine are fully automatic and the system is operated by inverter and PLC systems.

MACHINE DRIVE

The machine drive is driven by only one motor. The speed of the machine is adjusted by an inverter. The movements to the shaking, filling and closing parts are transmitted by gears working synchronously with each other.

SANITATION PROCESS (C.I.P)

Our machine has a closed system CIP system. This process is carried out by attaching a fake bottle to the filling valves. The sanitation process can be applied hot or cold.

RINSING UNIT

In a bottling line, the plastic or glass containers (throwaway containers), before starting the filling stage, are submitted to a rinsing treatment,blowing or sterilization with the use of special products which make them suitable for the filling. The rotary rinsing machine of the “ERCİYES”monoblock can be equipped with fixed or mobile nozzles; it is suitable for different treatment types (simple water treatment, double treatment with water / ozone solution, blowing or mixed treatments).

FILLING UNIT

The bottles coming from the rinsing machine are positioned from the transfer star to the plates (or neck catching forks) of the jacks which lift them under the filling valves and open them . The valves are of different types, according to the product to be filled. The valves are considered the heart of the filling machine; they are designed and made by ARDOLET. They are developped always considering the max. use ease, the hygienic safety, the reliability and the filling accuracy. The filling machine tank is completly made of AISI 304 stainless steel, bright polished inside.

CONTROLBOARD

It is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it includes all the push-buttons, the selectors, the pilot lamps and the operations system of the different functions controlling all the activities of the monoblock. The use of an inverter and a PLC allow a completely automatic running, so that the machine can be easily inserted in the logic of a bottling line.

MONOBLOCK MOVEMENT

The monoblock mouvement is trasmitted by a speed change gear with frequency inverter then, by gear cascade, the motion is transferred to the stars, to the screws and to the rinsing, capping and filling sections.

CLEANING IN PLACE (C.I.P.)

The cleaning and sterilisation of the parts that have been in contac with the product are realized by the C.I.P. equipment. To assure the perfect execution, (hot or cold) the flow of cleaning and / or sterilizing solution proceed in counter-current.
